h777 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of h777, accessible at h777.pw and through the h777 mobile application. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and h777 ("the Platform," "we," "our" or "us").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise accessing any part of the h777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to stop using h777 immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English as used in Pakistan. If there is any confusion about the meaning of any term, it should be interpreted in the way a reasonable Pakistani English speaker would understand it.

To register and use h777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h777 does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business, syndicate or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account. False registration details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active h777 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be the lawful owner or authorised user of the payment method you register and use on the platform.

h777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include asking for a copy of your national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being restricted until verification is satisfied.

We reserve the right to decline any registration application without being required to give a reason. If we discover that any eligibility requirement was not met at the time of registration, we reserve the right to close the account and, where fraud or misrepresentation is involved, withhold any associated balance.

Once your account is registered, you take on full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, games played and withdrawals requested — whether carried out by you or by someone else using your login details.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. h777 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from h777 and asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact h777 support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account pending investigation, but h777 is not liable for losses that occur before you notify us.

Additional account responsibilities include:

• Keeping your contact details (mobile number, email address) updated so that we can reach you for security or verification purposes.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account to place bets or play games.
• Not using your account for any commercial or business purpose.
• Not using your account to launder money or conduct any financially suspicious activity.
• Reporting any bugs, glitches or errors that give an unintended financial advantage — exploiting such errors rather than reporting them is a breach of these Terms.

h777 reserves the right to carry out security checks on any account at any time. During a security check, some or all account functions may be restricted until the check is complete.

All financial transactions on h777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h777 does not support foreign currency transactions. Your account balance is always displayed and managed in PKR.

Deposits: h777 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and selected mobile wallets. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed near-instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified and your identity confirmed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the h777 payments team and processed in a timely manner. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches your registered account identity — you cannot withdraw to a third-party account. h777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all financial transactions:

• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• h777 does not accept deposits made using third-party accounts or borrowed funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed — contact support immediately if you make an incorrect deposit.
• Any bonus funds attached to your balance may have specific withdrawal conditions — see the Bonuses section below.
• h777 reserves the right to apply transaction limits or request enhanced verification for large transactions.

h777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions on h777:

• Wagering requirements must be fully completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional approach to meeting wagering requirements using low-risk strategies (such as hedging bets across multiple outcomes) may be considered bonus abuse.
• Only one active bonus can typically be held at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account.
• h777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already started meeting its requirements, h777 will act fairly and communicate the outcome clearly.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, using multiple payment methods to claim the same welcome bonus, or exploiting promotions in ways not intended — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

h777 is not responsible for any loss arising from your decision to accept or decline a bonus offer. Bonus terms are communicated clearly; it is your responsibility to read and understand them before opting in.

h777 offers a range of gaming products including slot games, live casino tables, fish games and sports betting (including Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Football and Esports). Each product category operates under its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

Slots & Fish Games: All slot and fish game results are determined by certified random number generation. Outcomes are independent of previous results. No strategy can guarantee a win. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and are not adjustable by h777.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by third-party certified providers and streamed in real time. The results of live games (cards dealt, roulette spins, etc.) are determined by the live dealer session and are final once confirmed. Any technical disconnection during a live game session will be handled per our disconnection policy — in most cases, the hand or round will be resolved using the best available game state at the time of disconnection.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket (PSL, T20, internationals), football, esports and other available sports are subject to the sports betting rules communicated within the sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at that moment are locked in. h777 reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned.
• Correct obvious pricing errors on any market before or after a bet is placed.
• Limit or refuse bets from any account without providing a reason.
• Suspend markets at any time during an event if data integrity cannot be confirmed.

Live in-play betting odds update rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure the odds displayed are correct before confirming a live bet. h777 is not responsible for bets placed in error due to user-side connection delays.

h777 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain instead of reporting them.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits or disguise identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or interfere with any part of the h777 platform.
• Placing bets using inside information not publicly available (particularly for sports betting markets).
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

h777 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity and betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is carried out. h777's decision on fair play matters is final.

We also reserve the right to share relevant information with other gaming platforms, financial institutions or relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.

h777 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it and under what circumstances we may share it.

In summary, h777 collects personal data that is necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with our anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Abuse of bonuses, promotions or the referral system.
• Use of automated tools or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a person under 18.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is closed due to player request or platform-initiated responsible gaming measures, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — particularly in cases involving fraud, identity misrepresentation or bonus abuse — h777 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h777 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or account balance arising from technical interruptions, disconnections or platform errors — except where such errors were directly caused by h777's negligence and resulted in a verifiable financial disadvantage.
• Losses arising from your decision to play any game or place any bet on the platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from your use of h777.
• The content, reliability or availability of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on h777.

h777's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under Pakistani consumer protection law.

h777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will show the revision date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use h777 after updated Terms have been posted and notified, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
